What is the minimum age to rent a car?

The minimum age to rent a vehicle is 19 years old.

Is there a young driver fee?

Yes, for drivers between 19 and 22 years old, inclusive. There is a 40€ fee per rental.

How many years of driving experience are required?

At least 1 year of driving experience, with frequent driving, is required to rent a car.

Is there an age limit for renting a vehicle?

Vehicles can only be rented to people up to 75 years old.

What documentation is required to rent a car?

To rent a car, you need: identification documents, passport, and a driving license.

What documentation is required to rent a motorcycle?

To rent a motorcycle, you need: identification documents, passport, and a car driving license for motorcycles up to 125cc and a motorcycle license for motorcycles over 125cc.

What is the minimum rental period?

The minimum rental period is 24 hours, 1 day, during low season, and 48 hours, 2 days, during high season.

What are the high and low seasons?

The high seasons are:

Easter – The week before Easter, the week of Easter, and the week after Easter.
Summer – From July 1st to September 30th.
Christmas – From December 25th to January 5th.

How many drivers can be added?

You can add up to 3 additional drivers to your reservation, each with an additional charge of 15€ per driver, one time only.

Is a deposit, security, or credit card required?

For vehicles from Group 0 to Group F, no credit card is required. Any of these categories can be rented without a deposit, down payment, or credit card, provided that the SCDW coverage is selected.

A deposit may be required from Group G onwards and is mandatory for motorcycle and luxury car rentals.

How do I know my reservation is confirmed?

When making the reservation, you need to enter your email, and the reservation will be pending validation. Once our team confirms availability, you will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours. If you don’t receive it, please contact us at +351 291 220 721.

What coverage is included with my rental?

All groups include the following in the price:

Unlimited kilometers;
CDW – Collision damage waiver;
PAI – Personal accident insurance;
TW – Theft protection;
VAT (current rate).

Can I pay for insurance and still pay for damages?

Yes, you can. The higher amount of the deposit for the rented group will be required in case of negligence or irresponsibility of the customer. Examples include an accident due to alcohol, breaking the law, damaging a tire by continuing to drive on a flat tire, scraping the car on a wall, etc.

How is the payment for the reservation made?

The payment is made when the vehicle is rented and can be paid by debit card, credit card, cash, or bank transfer, sending the proof to the email This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it..

Do you provide refunds?

Partial refunds are only made with a medical certificate, otherwise, no refunds are provided.

If there is a delay, is the reservation canceled?

No, but in case of delay, it is recommended to inform us.

In case of trip cancellation, are we charged any fees?

No fees are charged in case of cancellation.

Where can the delivery and return take place?

Delivery and return can be done at hotels, our offices, private homes for an additional fee, and also at the airport, also for an additional fee.

Where is the meeting point at the airport?

At the end of the arrivals area, a colleague will be waiting for you with the name on your reservation displayed on an A4 sign.

Where is the meeting point at the hotel?

At the hotel reception at the time of the reservation.

Is there a mileage limit?

No, there is no mileage limit. Miles are unlimited.

How does the fuel work?

At the time of vehicle pickup, the fuel level is confirmed, and you are asked to return the vehicle with the same fuel level it had when you received it.

Lost/forgotten items in the vehicle?

After the vehicles are collected, they are checked, cleaned, and prepared for the next rental. If personal items are found, they will be left at the hotel reception if you are staying there, or we will contact you if you are elsewhere.

Do you provide booster seats and child seats?

All options are available at a cost of 6€ per day. If you want this extra, it must be indicated at the time of reservation.

Do the cars have GPS?

No, but a GPS can be rented for 10€ per day.
